Program Policies and Cancellations

Program Policies

  • Our primary goal is to keep our participants and staff safe.  Therefore, Singletrack Addict maintains the right to change a program’s itinerary or route based on conditions or participants’ ability. No refunds will be given for a change in route or itinerary.

    • We strongly recommend that you purchase refundable airline tickets, travel, and rescue insurance!

  • We, Singletrack Addict, and our guides, reserve the right to make all weather-related decisions in regards to the cancellation of trips. 

  • Singletrack Addict is not responsible for pre-program or preparation expenses if a participant cancels for any reason. If these expenses were covered by Singletrack Addict, the participant’s card will be charged accordingly.

  • Scheduled programs may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not reached. Every effort will be made to transfer participants to another program. If transfer to another program is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

    • If the retreat does not meet the minimum # of participants 30 days before the trip start date, the trip will be canceled and full refunds, including deposits, will be issued regarding any transaction with our platform. 

  • If a program is canceled due to person-made disasters, natural disasters, pandemics, dangerous weather conditions, or other factors outside of Singletrack Addict’s control, Singletrack Addict might allow participants to postpone their booking free of charge. Participants may forfeit their booking for the purposes of collecting travel insurance.

  • No refunds will be given for early departure from a Singletrack Addict program.

  • Participants will not be refunded for transportation costs to and from programs.

  • Singletrack Addict is not responsible for any evacuation or search and rescue fees. Travel and rescue insurance are strongly recommended.

  • Singletrack Addict will secure a campsite and/or lodging as indicated in the event description. By registering, participants agree to camp/stay at their own risk. 

All that said, we’re reasonable humans, and we will work with you towards an outcome that’s agreeable by all parties.


Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduled programs may be cancelled by Singletrack Addict if minimum enrollment is not reached 30 days before the trip.

  • If the participant cancels 31-60 days prior to travel: 50% of the total booking prices will be refunded.

    • We secure guides and travel plans well in advance. Cancellations within the 60-day window will incur costs that we cannot recoup due to planning, guides, and permitting process.

  • If the participant cancels 30-0 days before travel: No refund, no exceptions.

    • We secure guides and travel plans well in advance. Cancellations within the 30-day window make it extremely difficult to fill spaces.
